Shipping policy
We use a Tracked Delivery Service and your order will be delivered from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank or Public Holidays).
Your delivery time frame begins the following working day if you place your order after 1pm. A signature is not currently required upon receipt of your parcel.
Free Shipping on orders over £45 ( 1 - 2 Working Days ).
- Orders placed before 1pm will be processed and sent the same working day. After 1pm, orders will be processed the following working day.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday only.
- After your purchase has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number.
- However, do note that during promotional periods, it may take slightly longer for the product to reach you.
Next Day Delivery

- Please note that it may take up to seven business days for your order to be fully processed and delivered to you.
- Orders are typically dispatched and delivered from Monday through Friday; however, during high volume sales periods, there may a slight delay in processing time.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped which will include a tracking number so that you can follow along with its progress.
